(Roles and responsibilities)

Sound payroll knowledge primarily for Canada & US region.

  1. Semi Monthly Payroll Processing.
  2. Month end payroll reporting & dashboards.
  3. Statutory payroll filing requirements as per the local rules & regulation set forth by the local boards/agencies of the respective regions
  4. Effective co-ordination with GL team for Payroll accounting.
  5. Effective co-ordination with HR, Mobility & compensation team for payroll process stabilization
  6. Effective coordination with internal payroll process teams for month-end reporting/dashboards
  7. Handling Payroll queries through emails/calls & resolution /response within the desired TAT.
  8. Handling Payroll Audits for these regions & ensuring seamless closure .
  9. Should develop effective maker-checker process for efficient payroll processing
  10. Creating effective payroll process manuals for these regions
  11. Ensuring constant process improvements
  12. Shall also be trained & involved in processing other regions payroll
  13. Should have sound knowledge of MS office and should know the basic formulas of Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot, Chart Preparation etc.).,
  14. Should be flexible to stretch at times when it’s a process requirement.
