    Relationship Manager 

    Responsibilities
  1. Managing the High Net Worth customers of the Bank
  2. Achieving the Business targets assigned in terms of cross selling, enhancing and upgrading the High Net Worth relationships. 
  3. Profiling Customers and provide financial products to meet customer needs
  4. Ensuring the highest levels of service to the High Net Worth customers 
  5. Providing Financial planning & Investment Advise 
  6. Sales targets spread across Liabilities, Retail Assets, Business Banking, Forex, Credit Cards, Online trading etc. 
  7. One point contact for all requirements of High Net Worth customers in the Branch
  8. Acquisition & Servicing of High Net Worth customers

    Requirements
  1. Education: Any Graduate/Post Graduate/Professional Degree
  2. Minimum 3 years of work experience in Retail Branch Banking 
  3. Knowledge of the Banking Industry and Financial Markets 
  4. Good Relationship Management & service focus Skills 
  5. Good Communication & Presentation Skills 
  6. Interpersonal & Influential Skills.
  7. Should have good knowledge of liability products.
  8. Should have a good knowledge of Third Party Products like Mutual Fund, Insurance


                  Assistant Branch Manager

                  Responsibilities 
                1. Achievement of new acquisition value and number plan for retail current accounts for the branch. (responsibility for new acquisition plans/product mix etc. will be basis the acquisition model i.e. CANI or BSM)
                2. Ensure overall value enhancement from the portfolio of customers handled.
                3. Responsible for monitoring the portfolio health of portfolio retail current accounts in the branch, with respect to on-boarding, activation, value build-up & AQB maintenance
                4. Understanding the customer business and prepare customer profile 
                5. Focusing on Profile-based selling approach, for cross-sell of value-added products/services and acquisition of new to bank liability customer through referral of portfolio customers.
                6. Proactively monitoring balances and controlling attrition.
                7. Maintain continuous customer engagement through customer visits/contacts and proactive resolution of customer issues/queries.
                8. Action on central triggers/initiatives on value build up, cross-sell and portfolio monitoring as per Branch Sales Process.
                9. Support catchment profiling for the branch for CA potential with the help of branch/sales team
                10. Monitoring of sourcing of current account by Sales Team or Coex linked to the branch.
                11. Work in close consultation with the central product team to modify the product features/parameters to ensure right product fitment for portfolio customers (Product Customization)
                12. Provide regular inputs to the product team on competition benchmarking, opportunities and segmentation, product features and quality of portfolio acquired

                  Requirements
                1. Candidate should have completed minimum 1 year in the current job role
                2. Basic knowledge of banking products/services
                3. Good relationship management and presentation skills
                4. Effective communication and influencing skills
                5. Preferably having prior experience in sales/relationship management roles in banking (including branch banking or other banking verticals) or financial services
