Job Description:

To follow up on the generated leads.
Accompany tenants to the houses and close the deal with them after having explained the product/ concept of NestAway.
Coordinate with Area Partners (Brokers) to attain new houses from the area designated to them and also follow independent owner leads and close the deal.
Verification of the location; house before on-boarding the property
Pitch about the company policies; convincing the owner
Collection of details for generating the agreement between the company & owner.
Maximum experience of 2 years in field sales
Minimum educational qualification- Graduation (any specialization)
Good communication skills
Negotiation skills
